Czech Parmesan

Gran Moravia unites Italian tradition and Czech manufacture from local raw material. “Czech Parmesan” made from Czech milk is currently one of the most popular cheeses. We have introduced the biggest cheese factory in Czech Republic Orrero in Litovel which produces the cheese in a TV reportage. Other cheeses are produced here as well, Verena, Provolone, steamed cheese, ricotta, mozzarella, caciotta. We have introduced these and other fresh products in a number of media. The cheese factory Orrero owns a chain of stores La Formaggeria and we have opened the first Prague store on Wenceslas square together with representatives of the traditional Italian cheese making family Brazzale. With the general manager of the chain La Formaggeria Claudio La Carbonara we have created many delicious recepies using cheeses from Litovel as a main ingredient.
